Have something special to sell? We offer consignment for select toys, collectibles, and pop culture items that fit our store and customer base.

Our consignment program is designed for convenience and sell-through. We handle pricing, merchandising, online listing, customer interaction, and sales so you don’t have to.

How Consignment Works

When you consign with us, you bring in items for review. If accepted, your items are placed for sale in our store for a set consignment period of 90 days.

You retain ownership of your items until they sell. Once sold, you receive a percentage of the final sale price. Please see our Commission structure below.

Where Your Items Are Sold

Accepted items may be sold through Ollivander’s Toy Shop retail location and our online sales channels.

• In-store display
• Online listings
• Social media promotion
• Other sales platforms at our discretion

Items may be cross-listed or promoted across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and sell-through.

By consigning with us, you authorize Ollivander’s Toy Shop to market and sell your items across these channels.

Acceptable Items

We accept a wide range of toys, collectibles, and pop culture items in new, used, or open condition, depending on overall quality and demand.

Examples of items we may accept include (but are not limited to):

• DC
• Comic Books
• Funko / Funko Pop
• The Walking Dead
• Lord of the Rings
• Star Trek
• Harry Potter
• Horror
• McFarlane
• Pokémon
• Magic: The Gathering
• Fortnite
• Roblox

All items are accepted at the discretion of Ollivander’s Toy Shop based on condition, authenticity, and market demand.

Commission

Accepted consignment items are sold on a commission basis.

We offer two payout options:

• 30% payout (cash)
• 40% payout (store credit)

The consignor percentage is calculated from the final sale price after any discounts or promotions.

Store credit:

• Is issued as a balance with Ollivander’s Toy Shop
• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• May only be used for purchases in-store
• Does not expire

Pricing

All pricing is determined by Ollivander’s Toy Shop. We price items based on condition, market demand, comparable sales, and our experience with what sells.

By consigning with us, you agree that Ollivander’s Toy Shop has full authority over pricing, markdowns, discounts, and final sale price.

Our goal is to price items competitively so they sell within the consignment period yet maximize profit for all parties!

Consignment Process

1. Drop-Off & Agreement
   Bring your items to the store during business hours. All consignors are required to sign a consignment agreement at drop-off and will receive an account identifying number.
2. Item Review (Up to 1 Week)
   Items are reviewed after drop-off based on condition, completeness, and market demand. Because we are open limited hours, please allow up to one week for this process.
   • We will contact you if any items are not accepted and require to be picked up. You must pick up these items within 15 days or they will be considered Abandoned.
3. Consignment Start
   If you are not contacted within one week, all accepted items will automatically be placed into consignment. The 90-day consignment period begins at this time.
4. Selling Period (90 Days)
   Items are priced, displayed, and sold at our discretion. We may choose to extend the consignment period in 30-day increments if we believe an item still has strong potential to sell depending on market conditions, seasons, and more.
5. End of Consignment / Pickup
   At the end of the consignment period, you may pick up your unsold items.
   If we contact you for pickup:
   • Items must be picked up within 15 days. Arrangements can be made to pick up items after business hours.
   • Items not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned
6. Abandoned Items
   After the 15-day pickup window:
   • Items become the property of Ollivander’s Toy Shop
   • Items may be sold, donated, or disposed of at our discretion
   • No compensation will be issued for unclaimed items

Payouts

Consignor payouts are issued on the 15th of every month. Each payout will be considered store credit until or unless the consignee elects to redeem the payout as cash.

Payouts are issued based on the consignor’s percentage of the final sale price.

Consignment Agreement

All consignors are required to sign a consignment agreement before items are accepted.

This agreement outlines all terms, including commission, pricing authority, consignment period, payouts, and abandoned item policies.
