By accessing or using Ollivander’s Toy Shop website (including the mobile optimized version of the website), online services, mobile and other applications and social networking platforms (each, a “Site”), whether automated or otherwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions that are referenced below or otherwise may apply to specific areas of the Site. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site. The Site is owned or operated by Sunde Life, LLC and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, referred to herein as “we” or “us” or “our”).

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Incorrect Item Received

In the event of receiving an incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We may require photos to be provided before any resolution. We require for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution, with a prepaid return shipping label provided by Ollivander’s Toy Shop. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to withhold any refund or replacement.

Lost, Missing, or Untraceable Packages

Customer Notification Window

Customers must notify Ollivander’s Toy Shop of any non-receipt, loss, or untraceable status of a domestic shipment within 30 days of the original ship date.

After 30 days, Ollivander’s Toy Shop will assume the package was delivered, and no refund, replacement, or credit will be issued.

Claims and Refunds

For shipments lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier), Ollivander’s Toy Shop will, at its discretion, either:

– Re-ship the order at no additional shipping charge, or

– Issue a refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping fees).

Suspected Fraudulent Orders

If we suspect an order to be fraudulent, we may refund the order after subtracting merchant and restocking fees, or we may refer these charges to local authorities and/or our fraud department to further investigate.
